CLILnew (2019-1)

The overall goal of this course is to introduce you to the concept of CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) in order to help you develop and implement CLIL-based approaches in your context. More specifically you will learn about:

 Tthe basics of CLIL and what it is all about, including the theoretical principles that underlie it,

  • diverse ways that people have applied the CLIL approach to different educational contexts,
  • analyzing your context in terms of CLIL, and to consider how you might apply a CLIL approach to that context,
  • planning CLIL-based units and lesson for that context,
  • designing proposals for CLIL-based curricula or programs appropriate to your teaching context.
