The Research 2 course continues the development of your research skills, with a focus on empirical action research. During this semester, you revise, refine, and expand on your first-semester work and complete the second chapter of your research report, which includes the literature review. You also begin work on the design of your research, with a focus on context and data collection instruments, by commencing development of the third chapter of your research report. Additionally, you begin the preparation of a shorter, article-length presentation of your research project that (for this semester) includes a much-condensed version of some of the same content covered in the first two chapters of the research report.
